Viña Mariposa Blanco
The grape blend is Airén and Verdejo, both Spanish specialities, and here they have produced one of the easiest drinking wines
Only the highest quality fruit is used in order to preserve freshness of character and avoid oxidation. The grapes are fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks before being cold-stabilised. Prior to bottling, the wine is filtered.
